Thoughtfully designed. Precisely installed. Built to perform.
Installing a sprinkler system is a meaningful investment in your home and landscape. Homeowners want a system that reliably waters lawns, trees, shrubs, and garden beds.
We design each system to meet all applicable state and local requirements. That includes using modern, industry-standard components such as water-saving sprinkler heads and nozzles and smart controllers that make the system easy to manage from a smartphone.
Why Design Matters
The nicest lawns on the block are the result of an efficient, well-designed sprinkler system.
Every system we install begins by measuring water pressure and available flow. Those measurements determine how the system is designed — including zone sizing, head selection, spacing, and overall performance.
Occasionally, we find that a home’s water pressure isn’t where it should be, most often on the low side. When we see irregularities, we address them before moving forward so the system is designed to operate correctly from the start.
Careful Layout and Head Placement
Uniform water distribution across the lawn surface is key to a healthy, attractive lawn. Proper coverage depends on correct head spacing and placement — especially along edges, corners, and irregular areas.
During one system design, a homeowner commented on how much time our designer spent measuring and re-measuring the layout. That care matters. Proper head placement and spacing are critical to achieving uniform coverage. The result of uniform water distribution is a healthy and attractive lawn.

Designing for Sun, Shade, and Property Conditions
Different parts of a landscape behave differently. Areas in full sun dry out faster. Shaded areas hold moisture longer. Hardscape reflects heat.
These factors influence how water should be applied, so zoning and coverage are adjusted accordingly. The goal is balanced watering across the entire landscape.
Experience That Shows in the Details
Because we make so many repair service calls each season, we understand the most common problem areas with systems. That knowledge allows us to design and build systems that avoid those issues and require less maintenance over time.
How the Installation Process Works
We begin with an on-site visit to walk the property with the homeowner, listen to their goals, and offer guidance and suggestions to help shape the best possible system.
While on site, we take measurements and lay out the system design. Using that information, we prepare a detailed quote.
Once the quote is approved, we schedule the installation. When we start a project, we stay with it until the system is fully installed, tested, and ready to operate.
